The property has 6 good sized rooms with built in robes and two rooms with ensuites and the weekly rent starts from $125.00 - $195.00 per week depending on which room you choose.
The internet is free. The property is located in a quiet and private street. A 10 min walk to all cafes, shops, the supermarket and of course the beach.
The accommodation
The rooms are all very roomy and private all come with lockable doors fan and air con. A bed can be organised for $5.00 extra per week until paid for. If you’re hot you can always cool off in the pool and for those who wish to keep fit the property is located opposite an open park and their are lots of different walking and cycling tracks available. You can also enrol in one of the Yoga or water fitness classes.
About Us:
We are all easy going here and have a great sense of humour. You would be sharing the house with a carpenter, a house cleaner, a marketing specialist, a keen retired gardener, a mechanic and a professional finance officer. We are from 45 to 70 age group.
Transport
Buses and Trains to both Cairns, Townsville and Brisbane every day. I travel to either Ingham or Mission Beach once a week to do the shopping for the house as we all pitch in for groceries $50.00 per week.
About you
You will need to have respect for other people and respect their privacy. The house currently has 5 tenants so looking for one more.
Our neighbours and locals are all very friendly and the location is second to none.
